Air1 Dare to Dream is an American school program designed to tackle issues facing young people today, including bullying, drug use, low self-esteem, and the importance of positive friendships. As an early member of the design team, I was tasked with ensuring all promotional materials and program assets adhered to the brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and recognizable identity.
Our talented art director designed the overall brand and I then applied it to all assets, including eye-catching standing banners for school hallways and assembly halls, informative bookmarks for students to take home, and silicone wristbands, all serving as reminders of the program's positive messages.
I also designed comment cards for students to share their thoughts and experiences and official certificates recognizing their participation and commitment to the program’s principles. The Dare to Dream team also included laptop giveaways at their assemblies, which gave me the opportunity to design a special laptop cover. All these assets were vital for fostering a more positive and empowering environment for students and for informing educators about the program and providing essential support for its successful implementation.
